View used items

I have a long movie I am editing with a lot of short videos and pictures.
Is there a way a can visualy see which items are already exist in the
timeline / storyboad?

You can Zoom the timeline in or out by using your
Page Up/Page Down keys maybe that would help.

Beware that large complex projects can cause issues...
especially when saving as a movie. In most cases...
it is better/safer/less frustrating to create several
smaller projects...save them as movies and then
reimport the saved movies for combining them into
the final movie.
