Outlook View Tracking on Shared Calendar

Hi,

I work in a team of 4 we run training sessions and would like to be able to

1. anyone to send an invitation for a training session to others
2. all 4 of us able to see those invitations sent.
3. 4 of us able to see the tracking
4. 4 of us able to see the training session on our calendar.

what is the best way to do this. create a calendar and share? create a central calendar? create a room?

If you have exchange or office 365 you can do this already. If you have just an email account like pop3 you can also send meeting invitations to everyone. So you can send, see who sent it and see it on your calendar.
What do you mean with tracking?
