view text size

I can't seem to change the text size on most of my
webpages. I realize this is not a "power" qeustion,
but my IS staff can't seem to help either!

Does anyone know of this quirk, or if there is a fix for
it?

On the ie toolbar click on
Click to expand...
view>text size>select the size u want
