Can anyone tell me how to change the program that opens
when you right-click a Web page and select the "View
Source" option?

Internet Options | Programs | "HTML editor"

If you are using XP and have Tweak UI installed, there is an option there
for that.

Add New Internet Explorer 5\6 Editor
