"View Source" not working (since SP2)?

On any web page, the view souce option is no longer working. Whether I use
right click or from the view option at the top. It used to work fine. I
can't say or trace it for absolutely sure, but it appears to be since I've
installed Service Pack 2. I'm on XP SP2 (home), IE 6.0.2900.2180. (FYI, it
is working when I try it in Netscape).

Any ideas anyone? Thanks,

In Internet Options, under the Programs tab panel, is Notepad selected
as the program for HTML editor viewing source?
