View source in IE6 (or Edit)

When I choose the option View->Source to view the HTML
code of a page nothing happens. The option to edit the
page (open it in word, front page, etc) isn't active (in
Internet Options-Programs everything is allright)
Is there any way to activate the view/edit option?

This is usually fixed by emptying the Temporary Internet Files.

Also, if you have a shortcut to Notepad on your desktop rename it to Npad.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this.
