View Source command no longer works

When right clicking the body of an HTML e-mail, and
selecting the "View Source" option, nothing happens
anymore. Notepad used to open so I could report the HTML
code to SPAMCOP. Detect & Repair does not correct the
problem

By the way. I'm using Outlook 2002 and Windows XP Home
