"view souce" doesnt work, please help!!

Hi,
When you right click on any website, you should be
able to see the script of the page by clicking "view
source". I need this option for school and for some
reason, my computer wont open anything when i click this.
Please help!!!

Tools::Internet Options::General::Temporary Internet Files -- Delete Files

Why? I have no idea.
