Hi, I am using a Dell mini lap-top. When I open a contact to edit it the
address part is way off the screen and I can't scroll down. Does anyone know
how to re-size the view? Cheers, Gerry

double click on the title bar to maximize it to the window or push the edges
in to make it smaller. Once sized as you like, close it using the X.

Hi Diane,

Thanks so much for your suggestion which I have put into practice. I can
resize ok but it still keeps the actual view the same i.e. with the address
fields off the bottom end of the view. I have taken off the top ribbons and
menu bars which seems to have helped a little (I can see first line of
address!). I think it must be something in my settings but I have dug around
without success. Or perhaps their is an update for these mini-screen lap-tops?

Kind regards, Gerry

it may be something with the mini., but if so, it should affect other
programs, not just outlook. if maximizing other programs pushes them off
the screen then it’s the video settings.

double click the title bar so the window is not maximized. grab the top of
the window and push it down. Then move the window to the top of the screen.
Repeat as needed until the form shows completely on screen then adjust the
edges to suit.
