Hi Cheryl,
Are you sure that the columns have not been 'collapsed' down to nothing?
To check this, try moving the mouse to the far left edge of the bar that is
normally at the top of the window when in details view. I am talking about
the one that normally says "Name", "Size" and "Type". See if you can drag
the divider to the right and perhaps expand the columns.
