View pictures

I can view most pictures received from incoming e-mails,
other than one type. It comes through as a small box
with a red "x" in the box. Before I had Office XP, I was
able to click on the box and open/view the picture. I
can no longer view the picture that way. Is there a
different process I need to follow to view these pictures?

This does not sound like the behaviour of Outlook 2002 but more as a
spamfilter. Do you have one installed?
