view or convert webpages to the English language

Hi Everybody,
I have a problem with browsing to webpages that are written in non-English
languages which I don't understand. Are there anyways to convert a
non-English webpage to English ? Such as plug-in's or any Microsoft tools to
make webpages display in a preferred language? I have "auto-select" turned on
under the "encoding" browser settings but I still have pages being displayed
in languages I can't understand. Your feedback will be appreciated.
