View option in windows explorer

Hi!

How do i default my view in windows explorer to Details or Lists instead of
Tiles?
I noticed that after manually setting it to Details or List, it will still
go back the Tiles the next time i open Windows explorer.

Any advise? Thanks.

After setting it to Details or :List, go to Tools | Folder Options, and
click the View tab. Click Apply to All Folders, then OK.
