view more thn 6 appointments?

We have a shared public calendar and often have greater
than 6 appointments at a given hour. The day view will
only show 6. They all are present in the active
appointment view and all print out memo style. We need to
see all apointments in the day/week/month view. pls help.
 
Outlook cannot display more than that.
