View monthly calendar like Palm Desktop

Does anyone know of a way to view the monthly calendar in Outlook 2003 (XP)
in the same way that the Palm Desktop has it laid out? I like the idea of
being able to look at just one month at a time and then be able to advance
exactly one month at a time. Thanks so much if you can help.
 
outlook will always show full weeks - which means you'll get the end of the
last month and the beginning of the next.

you can easily move through the months using the arrows on the navigation
calendars.
