View folders as web page?

What happened? For some reason, my Folder Views are not
in "Web Page" form any more. How do I re-set them? This
just happened and I don't see that selection in my "View"
options.
 
In Windows Explorer go to Tool, Folder Options, General. Check off Show
common tasks in folders.
