View Flash Pictures on Intranet

Hello

I am running Windows 2000 Server w/ Terminal Services. The problem that I'm having is that only Administrators can see Macromedia Flash pictures on our Intranet site. We are using local policies to lock down IE 6.0. What would allow my regular user to be able see view Flash pictures? Thanks

HAve you tried adding your Intranet site into the
IE "Trusted Sites"..? I have had some success with this.

Yes, already a member of the Local Intranet sites.

Have you authorised the shockwave player as an authorised control for user
accounts?
(User Config/Admin Templates/Windows Components/IE/Admin approved controls)
