You might be thinking of Sequoia.exe which you can find on Google.
This is a brilliant program which shows the contents of a drive in what can
be best described as a collection of different size 'cushions', the size
being directly related to the size of the file.
Hovering the cursor over a 'cushion' brings up the file name, so this could
be exactly what you want.
Every 'cushion' rectangle represents a different file so, on Drive C, it's
easy to see that Pagefile.sys and Hiberfil.sys can fill up most of your
drive space.
The program is freeware, and using it opens one's eyes to just how a drive
can be dominated by certain files, some of which - like Hiberfil - can be
dispensed with. A truly graphic view in fact.
