L Luther Feb 8, 2005 #2 In a folder view you can sort by different fields (Fullname, telephone number, email address, etc.) and find duplicates that way. To sort by a particular field, click on the field name at the top of the column. To add or remove fields from the view, right click on a field name, and select "Field Chooser" or "Remove This Column".
