View disks to san via Win2000 Cluster

I have just put together a Windows 2000 cluster which is connected to a EMC SAN via Fibre. We can see the storage disk
that we will use for dept data but at the same time we are also seeing additional disks that should not appear. No signatures have been written to them - will this cause a problem?
 
Do you have "PowerPath" installed and configured? If not that would show other disks available.
