View Contacts in Windows Mail

In Outlook Express you could display your Contacts folder along with the
other folders like Inbox, Sent Items, Outbox, etc.

I cannot find anyway to turn on this feature in Windows Mail.

Does anyone know how to include the Contacts in the Folder list?

Nope, can't do that. That feature was removed.
