IE5 Web Accessories adds a Links List item to your right-click menu.
Despite warnings about them not being compatible for IE6 most of
them work normally or with minimal workarounds or in some cases
(e.g. graburl.htm) there are some script changes required.

find more information, usually posted by Jim Byrd.
