VideoBase is a little program to archive your DVD, VHS, VCD, DivX, DVD R,
enc.. You can sort, search and filter them and print out listings in a text,
html or xml format. You can also give them a rating. It's easy to change the
rating, genre or subtitle type's.There is a connection possible to the Imdb
movie database. And to make a report for view and print. It's Freeware (no
charge and feel free to share).

Your newsreader says:
Date: Tue, 9 Sep 2003 06:40:31 -0700

This is what your newsserver server says at the same time:
NNTP-Posting-Date: Tue, 9 Sep 2003 04:40:44 +0000 (UTC)

04:40 UTC/GMT is 06:40 in Belgium & The Netherlands (summer-time).

But your time offset from GMT/UTC is set to -0700, which should be +0200.
These time-zones/time-offsets "fix" the time difference between Europe, the
US and other places when set correctly...

In other words: you see the right time on your PC, but your timezone is set
to the wrong value, and others see your time wrong. Solution: change your
timezone to "Amsterdam" (double-click the clock at the bottom right in
Windows).
