video with black box !

My video is now converted from Xillsoft to Movie Maker, and finishing well,
but when i put it on my website, the black box shows. I need to click and
wait, then the video will work? Any ideas on how to fix the black box! Thanks.

Are you saying the thumbnail is black?

When the thumb for a video clip is black,
it usually indicates that the first frame of
the clip is black...maybe because of a fade
in effect.

If you re-open the movie file in Movie Maker
and trim off the first few frames the issue
may clear up. Then you would have to re-save
the file and re-upload it of course.
