Video Webpage Question but want to go to a link automatically

I have a video on my webpage, but what i want it to do, is when the video is
finished playing, i want it to go to a link automatically when the video clip
is finsihed playing.
Is there anyway i can do this or does my video have to be flash based

You may want to check on the functions of ASX or WVX files.
