Video tutorial for programming Excel macros or such

I'm trying to use Visual Studio 2008 Pro to program Excel macros or such
functionalities. If possible, are there any video tutorials that will at
least show me the basic? If not, any other resource where it will show me to
use VS08 to program Excel macros?

I'm assuming you're already familiar with Excel's native macros. If

Thanks! I'm familiar with Excel's native macros. What I wanted is to create
the macros inside of VS08 in C# so that I can do all the debug plus other
tools that VS08 came with to program Excel macros.
