Video turns Black when played.... Please Help

Im putting together a Class presentation with some videos. The thing I am
having trouble with is that when the Movie plays, the screen turns Black. I
cant figure out why. Please help

Move the video and the presentation to a folder with a short path (Example
C:\test). delete the video from your slide and then reinsert it.

Are you using a projector?

If so black on laptop and projector or just one or the other?
