Video Transitions

Movie Maker Transitions only appear when the Administrator is logged onto the
local machine. What folder are the transisions stored? What special
permissions need to be applied?

I have 4 labs of XP machines that were imaged. The transisions are missing
on every machine.

This problem has been under observation for some time. There are a few
workaround but no proper solution. Read this thread on the the
