Video Ssending

made a video and would like to send it......My computer is Windows Vista...I
have a Windows Live account....It keeps asking to set one up....What am I
doing wrong??

Does this occur if you open a new e-mail message and click
the Attach button?

It's possible that the file size of the video is too large for e-mail.

Also you may need to set your default e-mail client...I'm
just guessing you are using Outlook Express.
