Bingo!!!! Finally someone who is experiencing the same
problem that I have been trying to find an answer to for
over a week.
I received Image Mixer software with my new Sony Digital
camcorder (basically it is the same as MM) and
experienced the exact same problem. Support for Image
Mixer is in LA and after calling there I realized 2
things.......The person with whom I was talking had a
thick accent so I had a problem understanding him and
when everything that he suggested to try failed, he then
suggested to try the file in MM to see if that fixed the
problem. Well I did, but it didn't, so I am on the hunt
for a solution.
As Phil pointed out, there seems to be nothing wrong with
each individual clip because if you view the clip, it is
fine. However, put these clips on a storyboard and try to
make a movie, and the video is about 1 second ahead of
the audio. I tried saving the movie as an MPEG file but
that didn't help.
Anyone out there with a solution would be a god in my
books. I have been trying to complete this movie for over
2 weeks and am starting to lose my patience.
