I just wanted to boot my pc, but it crashed. I rebooted,
then it asked me in what mode i wanted to boot windows
XP. I chose: last working configuration and now
everything works, except for the fact that it's 800x600 /
4-bit colors (!) instead of 1024x768 / LOTS of bit colors.

So what the hell is wrong?

Plz help me

Confirm desired settings under Control Panel|DISPLAY|SETTINGS

And if the higher levels of resolution are not available, reinstall your
video drivers.
