I have avi. files that I can run on Windows Media Player
on many different computers in my company, but on my
computer I get no image whatsoever. I checked all the
files types supported and video is supposedly active.
I can hear the sound of some of those files but I have no
image. That's only on my computer. What is wrong ?
If I try Real player I have the same problem.

Thanks

Blanche

I have had the exact same problem. My lap top will read
video clips but my home PC will not.Again on my home PC
all I get is sound but no video. I used Quicktime which
worked but I would still like to sort out the problem im
media player.
