Hi there,
Movie Maker has one video line for editing. Whilst you can put the same clip
onto the time line as many times as you like (subject to some large upper
limit) you cannot then add an overlay video in the manner I think you mean. The
only overlays allowed in MM2 are those in a transition where you transit from
one video clip to another with one of a selection of effects.
What I think you need is a non-linear editor such as the free version of
MovieXone from
www.aiste.de or .com This program allows you to do things such
as true perspective rotation of several film clips and a whole host of
transition effects. The program itself though is a little clunky. You can also
use this programs big brother MovieDV version 6. They look almost the same on
the face of it, but there are some major differences when you dig down into the
options. If you have a broadband connection you could take a look at my website
and perhaps the 2004 - 1 video clip...you could watch it vie a 56Kb modem....if
you had loads of time spare.
