Video ouput to TV with Firewire or ExpressCard Firewire Host Adapter?

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. My Samsung DLP TV supports Firewire
input. Is it possible to output video from the Firewire port on the
E1505 to the Firewire port on my TV? How about from an ExpressCard
firewire host adapter to my TV's firewire port?
