video memory

If you have the video system built into the motherboard (that is, no
separate video card) you might be able to do that within the BIOS setup.
When booting up, look for the prompt on what key(s) to press to get into the
BIOS (typcially F1, F2, Delete...)

Look in there for any option to allocate more system memory to video usage.

How do I change video memory from 8mb to16mb?

Thanks for the response and advice, I will give that a
try. My computer has had Windows XP Plus once before,
but when I formatted the drive I must have done something
during reboot. Thanks!!!!

That did the trick, I now have Windows XP Plus again!!!!
I greatly appreciate the hint!!!!

You're welcome. Glad to be of help.
