Does anyone know how to correct choppy graphics when
playing games? I run a 9700 pro and before that, I had a
Geforce 3 on another system using xp and had the same
problems. I never had this with 98 SE and I had the
Geforce 3 with that one as well and then upgraded to xp
and then built a new system. I wonder if it is an xp
thing. I have all latest drivers and patches for xp and
my games and the radeon as well. I have an nforce 2 asus
with latest drivers and bios too. I have played with
window settings and my video card settings as well as
game settings. Also, does anyone know of a good cooler
to add to my radeon? Had some problems in the past and
put a fan in the back for exhaust since I did not have
one at first to get rid of heat that affected my game
playing. There are some that you cannot use if you do
not have holes in the card to add one, like the ones that
are chrome and all and I don't have holes for that. It
is a powercolor 9700 pro.

I'm running a 9700 pro on xp on an asus A7N8X deluxe with
an athlon 2700 and 512 mb of corsair ddr. I also have
350 watt antec power supply. Think I might just buy
another radeon with cooler's already on them like the
ones over on oc system.com. They have some good stuff
there.
