video is upside down

A chart had fallen onto the keyboard and since that
incident the video is upside down. what key combinations
did this and how to we get the video right side up??
 
I have a client that just called me and she is having the
same problem. I will monitor this post to find answers
or will post the answer when I find it.
She was working in an application and pressed a series of
keys, now her display is upside down. I have not seen it
but she describes it as the start button is in the upper
right corner and if she were on her head it would be
normal.

Hello again -
My client just called me back and said she fixed it. She
pressed ALT CTRL <up arrow>. I cannot get that to work
on my pc with Windows XP pro, but she has changed hers
back to normal by pressing those keys.
