Video is Running Slow PLEASE HELP

When i try to play a movie on my computer, (Not from a
CD), At the beginning of the movie everything is insync,
but like 3 min. into the movie the video starts to lack
and slow down and it get worse and worse. I am running a
Windows 2000 Pentium 2 Prossesor and tthe video is 800 x
600 in 32-bit Color, Velocity 128 ver. 5.0

your problem might be codec related try downloading "GS
codec information" application, load the file into it and
click the render button. if there is a problem with the
file or codec it will tell you what the problem is.
