I installed a new video graphics card (PowerColor Radeon 9200SE DirectX8.1, AGP8X, 128 MB DDR). It was working fine that day. The next day my system was locked up. Do I need to change settings on my computer or disable the onboard video card that came with my computer before the new card can work? Specific steps would be helpful as I am not that computer literate.

I don't know the total of your problems but, you need to enter the BIOS and
disable the on-board video card for your new card to work properly.

Make sure you have the latest Video Driver for your new Graphics Card. You
can download them here: http://www.ati.com/home/online/CatalystXPdriver.html
