video freezes, audio continues when burning to DVD

i saved a 2 hour long video and wanted to burn it to dVD using Roxio 9,
however, when I open it in Roxio 9 or any other DVD burning software the
video freezes, yet the audio continues to run. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
