With a video capture card, does anyone know when the VIDEO
FORMAT dialog pops up, where it stores changed settings?
Basically, I need to find them to change them because
everytime I open a video application it freezes because I
changed it from RGB to YUV.
The dialog contains Video dimensions and bit depth.
It is stored somewhere in Windows as VirtualDub and
Microsoft Vidcap use the same settings.
Any help is appreciated.
*I have tried reinstalling drivers;
*Safe mode doesn't help either;
*Is there a way in C++.NET to bring up this dialog?
(This is a slightly more direct question than my other
post)
