currently I am facing a problem regardng how to capture
image from my digital camera to application software. I
owned devices as below:
digital camera - c700 Ultra zoom
application - card five software

any idea to make these things work? I have tried direct-x
and direct draw but seem not work and later I try to
install the twain protocol but still the same

You will need to see if there is an XP compatible version of the software
for your camera, or maybe some XP drivers to enable to PC to see the camera
as a storage device. Alternatively, if your digital camera uses a removable
storage media, you can get devices for your PC to read this as another
drive.
