video email

I get an error message saying
"failed to create video e-mail" when I try to use the video message option.
This occurs after a successful recording of a 15 second message. Am using IE
7 with Outlook 2003. Any suggestions? Thanks!

did it work before IE7 was installed?

No it didnt. At least I dont remember it working ever to be honest. Before
IE7 it didnt even do a recording. I was hoping IE7 would fix it. Even thought
of getting Outlook 2007 to fix it. thanks!

It's a fairly old application and hasn't been updated for ages. I'd try
reinstalling it.
