video email error

Where are you getting this error? If you're using Outlook you must have an
addin also since video mail isn't an intrinsic Outlook function.

I use winXP SP2 with Office 2003 SP1
After I downloaded and install the vemail.exe file, when try to use the
video message, pop-up this error .
Where I do the misstake?

I think there's an issue with the video add-in when using XP SP2.

I am having the same issue. Could you point me to any
additional information on this problem. Could not seem to find
anything on Microsoft's site or Google. Thanks.
