Video effects

Hi!
I have encountered problem on some of my users in viewing video effects.
If i log in as a normal user i was not able to view any of the video effects.
However,if i logged as an administrator it shows all of the video effects. Is
there any option to work arround on this without promoting my users as
administrator?

It may be that only that particular account has the problem. Tray another
non-admin acount.

Otherwise create a new admin acount, log in a few times and execute WMM to
verify all effects are working. Now change the account to be non-admin. Hope
the effects will continue working even after the change.

I think this suggestion is not very likly but, check the properties of the
sub-directories....maybe one or more has been restricted to Administrator
Only
