Video Effect - Outer Limits

Hi!

I doing a video for a presentation, and need to have an
effect at various parts of the video to make it look like
there is "interference" with the video, like someone os
trying to jam it, or the video keeps coming in and out of
reception. Sort of like the beginning of the "Outer
Limits" show when they "take control" of your
television. Any ideas?

You could try recording some static from your TV, transfer it to the PC
either via a firewire link or an capture card, and then cross-fade between
the two... Make sure it's in the same format & apect ratio as the rest of
your presentation though.
