Video editing error

Hello
I am trying to use a couple of different software
packages on my PC, but at the programme startup I get a
message pop-up that says
Application error 17235) Unable to detect an ASPI
manager
What is it and how do I get it to run the programmes
Sonic Mydvd, Arcsoft Showbiz & Roxio Video impression,
they all seem to want this to run the programmes

Reinstall Nero or the other CD burner software that came with your drive.
Otherwise install the following:
