video e-mail; outlook 2003 add-in

hello
i download "outlook 2003 add-in: video e-mail". now in outlook i have the button video mail. when i click on a small window open and i can see me (webcam). when i click on record, i can't see me anymore but the recording is working. when recording is redy, e.g. 19 seconds, or i stop recording, than i get this error message: "Video Email for Outlook 2003 cannot open the files. The file is either corrupt or the Video Email does not support the file format or PC has no valid sound device."
a micro i have and it works, before i used with msn messenger, too. thanks for help. lipo

hi I have the a problem with video email out look 2003 .It does not open the video file, can not find what type of file it is.please help out if you can
