Video driver

I downloaded the new driver for NVIDIA video card.

Since that time, all of my items are in larger size then
normal. Not for vision impaired but close.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I
correct it?

Right click on the desktop and select Properties. On the Settings tab,
change from 800x600 to 1024x768.
