Thank you for your help.

First check the PCs manufacturer support site for updated/drivers for your
exact make/model (not mentioned in post) and download/install the drivers per
their instructions.

If that fails to resolve any issue(s), check the motherboard manufacturers
support site for updated drivers if the device is onboard/integrated and
download/install the drivers per their instructions.

If the device is an add-on card/adapter and is not onboard/integrated, check
the cards manufacturer support site for updated drivers and download/install the
drivers per their instructions.

If you do not know which devices are installed, use either one below to
identify what's installed:
Belarc Advisor
http://belarc.com/free_download.html

Everest Home Edition: (Last one offered free)
http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads9.html

http://basconotw.mvps.org/dwnlds.htm

Create a new folder named Everest and extract the contents of the download to

that folder.

Open the folder and double-click everest.exe to run the application.

Click the + next to Computer.

Click Summary.

Scroll to the section for your installed devices chip/adapter.

Go to the manufacturers Support > Download site and download the proper drivers
for your device. As well, download or print any Readme/Install file if it is
available as a separate file, it may be included in the downloadable driver file
instead of separately.

Install the drivers per the manufacturers instructions.
